Nell’ambito del progetto ONFOODS, il Dipartimento di Scienze Economiche e Aziendali (DSEA) e il Centro Studi in Affari Europei e Internazionali (CSEIA) della Università degli studi di Parma organizzano un Workshop Scientifico dal titolo “The sustainability of food supply chains: theory, tools and empirical analysis”, che si svolgerà a Parma, nei giorni 11 e12 Aprile 2024.
Il workshop, aperto a tutti i ricercatori interessati, si propone di promuovere il confronto rispetto alle metodologie utilizzate e alle ricerche in corso nella valutazione della sostenibilità dei sistemi alimentari che caratterizzano il sistema alimentare italiano.

As part of the ONFOODS project, the Department of Economics and Business Sciences (DSEA) and the Centre for Studies in European and International Affairs (CSEIA) of the University of Parma are organizing a Scientific Workshop, open to all interested researchers, entitled "The sustainability of food supply chains: theory, tools and empirical analysis", which will be held in Parma, Italy, on April 11 and 12, 2024.
The workshop aims to promote the comparison between researchers with respect to the methodologies used and current research in the assessment of the sustainability of food systems that characterise the Italian food system.
The Call for Papers with directions to register and submit papers are published on the workshop website (the site will be online by the end of January).
